Jodie Foster Dating Ellen DeGeneres' Ex

While Jodie and Cydney Bernard, who have two sons together, split in 2008 after a 20-year relationship, Alexandra split from Ellen in 2004 after three years together.

 

It was claimed at the time that Ellen left Alexandra, who has appeared in shows including The L Word as well as her photography career, for her now-wife, Portia de Rossi.

News of Jodie's reported romance with Alexandra comes after the actress came out as gay while accepting a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globe awards in January.
She said at the time: 'This is not going to be a big coming out speech tonight because I already did my coming out about a thousand years ago back in the stone age – in those very quaint days when a fragile girl would open up to trusted friends and family and coworkers and then gradually proudly to everyone who knew her.
'But now apparently I'm told that every celebrity is expected to honor the details of their private life with a press conference, a fragrance and a primetime reality show.'
